Narayana One Health is building patient-centric care pathways by establishing dedicated Hospital Desks in clinics to seamlessly connect prescribed hospital procedures (such as CT, MRI, Angiography, and surgery) with timely hospital consultations and diagnostics.

The Senior Executive – Value Retention will act as the operational bridge between the Customer Steerage function, clinic teams, and hospital operations. The role will work closely with Clinic Managers, Deputy Managers, Hospital SPOCs, and cross-functional teams to operationalise new initiatives, improve referral performance, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure consistent execution across the network.

This is a field-intensive role with ownership of operational excellence, referral growth, and successful implementation of strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive implementation of strategic referral initiatives across all clinics, including Video Consultations, POS billing, and future value retention programs.
- Monitor and improve clinic-to-hospital referral volumes, conversion rates, and revenue across assigned clinics.
- Provide functional guidance and day-to-day support to PSOs, ensuring adherence to defined processes, productivity benchmarks, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct regular clinic visits to audit referral processes, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Clinic Managers and Deputy Managers to diagnose performance issues and drive local action plans for improving referral outcomes.
- Review referral dashboards, YASA reports, and other operational MIS to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and revenue leakages.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS, performance updates,



and project status reports with the reporting manager.
- Support pilot programs, process improvements, SOP implementation, and new business initiatives across the Value retention function.

What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?

The ideal candidate should be/have:

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, referral management, or clinic operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across clinics, hospitals, and corporate teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable travelling across clinics and managing field operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare operations, hospital operations, customer success, project management, or business operations.
- Prior experience in multi-unit healthcare operations, hospital coordination, or program implementation will be an added advantage.
- Languages Known: English & Kannada preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
