We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our Chennai site. The ideal candidate will coordinate in office execution across civil, electrical, and plumbing work, supervise labour and contractors,

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress and identify issues early.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and update work schedules.
- Coordinate with electricians for conduit laying, wiring, panel installation, and point marking as per approved layouts.
- Coordinate with plumbers for pipeline laying, sanitary fittings, water supply, and drainage work, ensuring no clashes with civil/structural elements.
- Sequence civil work with MEP (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting) activities to avoid rework and delays.
- Resolve on-site coordination clashes between civil and MEP contractors.
- Supervise skilled/unskilled labour on site.




- Allocate daily tasks to labour gangs and contractors; track manpower deployment vs. plan.
- Submit progress reports, material requirements, and work-front readiness
- Implement instructions, design changes, and RFIs (Requests for Information) issued by PMC/consultants.
- Escalate site issues (design gaps, material shortages, work-front delays).
- Ensure PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols by all workers and sub-contractors.
- Required Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience also considered).
- Experience: 3–5 years in residential/commercial/industrial construction site execution (adjust based on seniority needed).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
