About MEB

Make Easy Booking (MEB) is a travel and hospitality platform connecting customers with hotels, activities, events, destination weddings, and travel experiences. We are expanding our network of hotel partners, travel agents, activity vendors, event organizers, and wedding vendors.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to hotels, travel agents, activity vendors, event organizers, and potential business partners.
- Introduce MEB and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into MEB partners/customers.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Explain MEB’s commission structure, booking process, benefits, and partnership terms.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Partner Onboarding teams.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle basic queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential and existing partners.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, hospitality, travel, or OTA is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Daily outbound calls.
- Qualified leads generated.

- New partners onboarded.
- Conversion rate.
- Monthly sales/partner acquisition target.
