Medical Receptionist
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full time
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for our Hair Transplant Clinic in Dehradun.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception, appointments and day-to-day clinic coordination.
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Handle patient enquiries, phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential patients.
- Maintain patient data, records and lead follow-ups.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors and clinical staff.
- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
- sample collection experience is preferred.
- Maintain basic clinic records and ensure proper patient coordination.
Pay: ₹10,624.44 - ₹15,130.09 per month
Work Location: In person
