Belgium WebNet Inc. is looking for an experienced and client-focused Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our E-Commerce and website development projects from end to end.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of E-Commerce, website development, project coordination, and client management. You will work closely with international clients and internal development teams to ensure projects move smoothly from initial discussions and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal development teams
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and E-Commerce needs
- Coordinate and manage website and E-Commerce projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch support
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Prepare and manage project requirements, timelines, tasks, updates, and deliverables




- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients and maintain clear communication throughout the project
- Support clients after launch and build strong, long-term relationships
- Take ownership of project coordination and proactively follow up on pending tasks and deliverables

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for someone with experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Account Manager, or E-Commerce Project Manager, with a good understanding of E-Commerce and website development. You should be comfortable managing projects and client relationships from requirement gathering and development through testing, go-live, post-launch support, and ongoing client communication.

Experience working with Shopify projects is highly preferred, and exposure to managing international clients is essential, as you will work closely with clients across the USA, UK, Australia, UAE, and other global markets. Strong communication, presentation, coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with development, design, and QA teams.
