- Assist in maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across outlets.
- Support food safety and hygiene checks, including storage and temperature monitoring.
- Assist with quality audits, documentation, and checklists.
- Support implementation of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI standards.
- Assist the kitchen and operations teams with food quality and process improvement.
- Help monitor wastage, handling, and storage practices.
- Learn and support recipe and process standardisation
