Key Responsibilities

- Read and understand shop drawings, cut lists, and measurements
- Operate woodworking machines such as panel saw, beam saw, edge banding machine, CNC (if applicable), and drilling machines,
- Assemble modular units like kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV units, office furniture, etc.
- Perform accurate cutting, drilling, grooving, and finishing work
- Ensure proper hardware fixing (hinges, channels, accessories)
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
- Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
- Support site installation work when required
- Report production issues or material shortages to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2–5 years experience in modular furniture or factory carpentry
- Good knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, and fittings
- Ability to work with machines and hand tools
- Understanding of measurements in millimeters (mm)
- Basic knowledge of edge banding and modular fittings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
