Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help our organization attract and hire the best talent. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

Responsibilities

· Post job openings on various job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, and LinkedIn.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
· Assist in achieving hiring targets within the given timelines.

Requirements and Skills

· Previous experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
· Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.




· Experience working with job portals and sourcing candidates.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills.

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)
MBA in Human Resources (HR) Preferred
