- Conduct performance testing of submersible motors, pumps, and motor-pump assemblies.

- Operate and monitor motor and pump testing panels, dynamometers, load systems, and measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, test data, graphs, and performance records.
- Compare test results with approved design specifications and identify deviations.
- Assist R&D; Engineers in prototype testing, product validation, and product development trials.
- Analyze abnormal test results and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.




- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, and Testing teams for resolving technical issues.
- Ensure proper calibration and condition of testing equipment and measuring instruments.
- Follow applicable IS/BIS standards, internal testing procedures, safety requirements, and SOPs.
- Maintain testing records, equipment logs, and documentation for traceability.
- Support development and improvement of testing methods, fixtures, and test setups.
- Ensure safe working practices during electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and high-load testing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
