Key Responsibilities

- Positive experience in Programming Allen Bradley/Siemens/Schnedier PLC, HMI SCADA System. Other PLC platforms are added advantage
- Able to Read Control Philosophy, Function description, Cause & effect diagram including P&IDs;, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project team to get clarification of Input documents and understand the requirements
- Should able lead customer specific projects independently.
- Manage the project budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.
- To lead the complete project with respect to budgeted hours, Schedule and ensuring quality of deliverables to meet the 95% of first time yield for self and team
- Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources.
- Monitoring the Team performance and develop their competency to next level.
- Mentoring the team members on tools/process etc.
- To do the Technical Review for team members
- Flexible to learn new tools, Process & technologies
- Provide remote support for field service teams during commissioning for trouble- shooting the issues on timely manner.




- Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed
- Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies will be a value addition (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Conventional)
- Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed

Work Experience

- .Minimum 12 to 15 years experience in PLC automation Field in Waster water Industries, Power Industries.
- Should have prior experience in leading large scale project
- Should have good PLC/HMI programming skills
- Should able to do technical review and provide guide lines.
- Allen braadly or Schneider PLC/HMI Platform knowledge is must.
- Strong in communication protocols and priors site experience is added advantage

Benefits

This position requires to work in second shift timing which starts from 2:30pm to 12:30pm and Cab facility provided for pickup and drop (only for second shift employees). In addition to that Rs.6000/= per month (Pro rate basis) will be provided as a second shift allowance
