We are hiring a Cook for our Boutique Hotel Materhorn in Kovalam, Kerala.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable cook to join our kitchen team in Kovalam. The ideal candidate has good knowledge of South Indian and European cooking, works cleanly and efficiently, and is comfortable in a hospitality/tourism environment.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and cooking of daily breakfast items
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Managing kitchen stock and ordering supplies
- Working well within a small team

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel/restaurant/resort
- Knowledge of South Indian and European cuisine
- Punctual, hardworking, and hygiene-conscious
- English and Malayalam communication skills
