- Allocate outlets, and daily/weekly activities to Area Executives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Track franchisee-wise and outlet-wise sales and identify performance gaps.
- Conduct regular field visits with Area Executives and franchise partners.
- Guide Area Executives in franchisee relationship management and sales development.
