We are seeking a highly skilled Textiles Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive growth for our textiles business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile sales and marketing, a passion for delivering results, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies specifically for the textiles business that drive growth and increase market share.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by designing strong customer relationship strategies.
- Manage a team of textiles sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity in the textiles industry, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for textile sales and marketing activities, ensuring that resources are used effectively.
- Create and deliver effective sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.




- Attend industry events and trade shows related to the textiles industry to promote our products and build relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our textile product offerings meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on textiles.
- At least 5 years of experience in textiles sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Equally proficient in independent tasks and team-based projects.
- Able to handle demanding situations and meet project deadlines with confidence.
