Position: Sales Counselor

Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, dynamic, and target-oriented Sales Counselor who can understand customers’ skincare and wellness concerns, provide appropriate consultation, explain available services/packages, and convert prospective clients into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and sales skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and/or telephonic consultations with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customers’ skincare, wellness, and beauty concerns and recommend suitable services or packages.

Explain treatment plans, packages, products, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.

Convert leads, inquiries, and walk-ins into appointments and successful sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversions and repeat business.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, receptionists,



and clinic teams for smooth service delivery.

Maintain daily sales, follow-up, and conversion reports.

Ensure professional communication and ethical sales practices at all times.

Support the clinic team in achieving overall revenue and business targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

1–3 years of experience in sales counseling, B2C sales, inside sales, telesales, customer relationship management, skincare, wellness, or healthcare is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Robust negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.

Customer-focused and professional personality.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Experience in the skincare, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or clinic industry will be an added advantage.

Training Location-Chandigarh

Training Duration: 15 Days unpaid

Training Support- Travel allowance, Food and Accommodation

Agreement: 2-year employment agreement

Timing- 9:30 to 7 pm (Monday to Friday one rotational off) Saturday and Sunday working

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
