Meta Ads Executive – Job Description

Profile Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented Meta Ads Executive with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

What Will You Do:

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives and target audiences
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, engagement, and sales
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform updates,



and industry trends

Skills Required:

- Robust hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Practical experience in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, CPM, and ROAS
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Good understanding of ad creatives and copy performance
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is an advantage
