Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute our organic growth strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, driving high-quality traffic, optimizing site architecture, and maximizing ROI across search engines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Engineering, and UI/UX, to scale search engine visibility and align SEO goals with overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute scalable end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO) to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Technical SEO Audits: Perform regular site audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, canonical tags, schema markup, and site performance bottlenecks (Core Web Vitals).
- Keyword Research & Content Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to map user intent, identify content gaps, and guide writers in producing high-ranking, SEO-optimized content.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages, title tags, meta descriptions, image ALT tags, and internal linking structures.



Oversee high-quality link-building and outreach campaigns to build domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on organic search metrics, backlink health, keyword rankings, and organic conversions using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Competitor & Algorithm Analysis: Monitor competitor search strategies and track Google algorithm updates to continuously adapt and improve organic market share.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, content marketers, and designers to ensure best technical and content SEO practices are followed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end SEO for B2B, B2C, or E-commerce websites.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Deep expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in SEO suites such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Good understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how search engines crawl and render agile JS pages.
- Familiarity with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to turn raw search data into actionable, business-focused insights.
