Indiana Textiles Mill is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST compliance, and the ability to prepare and finalize financial statements independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Prepare, review, and file GST returns while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts regularly.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory audit requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Requirements





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations, compliance, and return filing.
- Ability to create and finalize Final Accounts independently.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
