Position: Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary : Between 22K to 25K

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts-related queries.
- Track expenses and maintain expense records.
- Assist the management/CA with audits, taxation, and other accounting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce,



Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in an e-commerce, retail, or FMCG company.
- Knowledge of accounting software and online payment platforms.
- Experience in handling inventory-related accounting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
