About the Job

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our premium SPC Flooring products across Bengaluru. You will work on both B2B (connecting with architects and designers) and B2C (visiting homeowners and renovation sites).

Key Responsibilities

B2B (Architects & Designers): Visit architecture firms and interior designers, show samples, and get our flooring recommended for their projects.

B2C (Homeowners): Visit client sites, demonstrate product samples, take floor measurements, and understand requirements.

Presales & Demos: Explain product advantages (waterproof, scratch-proof, easy installation) and recommend suitable designs.

Deal Closures: Share quotations, follow up regularly, negotiate, and close sales.

Team Coordination:



Coordinate with our installation team to ensure smooth execution and happy customers.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (building materials, tiles, flooring, plywood, modular interiors, or paints).

Skills: Confident communicator, good at product demos and customer negotiations.

Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily local travel.
