# Business Development Associate (BDA)

### Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented **Business Development Associates** for a B2C inside sales role. The candidate will interact with prospective learners, understand their requirements, provide counselling, and manage the sales process from lead qualification to conversion.

### Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective customers through calls, video calls, and emails.

* Understand their career goals and learning requirements.

* Counsel prospects and recommend suitable programs.

* Manage lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Build strong relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

### Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Graduation year **2025 or earlier**.

* **0–3 years** of relevant experience.

* Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.





* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good persuasion, counselling, and customer-handling abilities.

* Comfortable with Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Counselling roles.

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

* **Age: Below 29 years.**

* Willingness to work 6 days a week.

### Preferred Background

Experience in **EdTech, BFSI, Inside Sales, or Education Counselling** is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
