About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our products, brand communication, social media, exhibitions, sales, and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a solid design sense, good knowledge of graphic designing tools, and the ability to convert marketing requirements into professional and engaging creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create qualified and creative designs for marketing and branding activities.
- Design product brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, product datasheets, posters, banners, standees, and presentations.
- Create creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and website.
- Design exhibition and event-related creatives.
- Prepare product launch and promotional creatives.
- Create and modify packaging designs, labels, and other product-related artwork.
- Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Product & Marketing Content

- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand design requirements.
- Convert product information and marketing briefs into attractive visual content.
- Develop creative concepts for new products and marketing campaigns.




- Maintain and organize design files, product images, videos, and other creative assets.
- Support the team with urgent and day-to-day creative requirements.

Photography & Video Content

- Capture product photographs, marketing content, company activities, events, and other relevant content as required.
- Capture photographs and videos during exhibitions, dealer meets, customer visits, and company events.
- Edit short videos, reels, product videos, factory videos, and event highlights.
- Create content suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and website.

Digital & Social Media

- Create engaging social media creatives and short-form content.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different digital platforms.
- Support website banners, product pages, digital campaigns, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for the monthly content calendar.

Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with external design, printing, and marketing agencies whenever required.
- Provide artwork and creative files in appropriate formats for printing and digital use.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for brochures, catalogues, banners, packaging,



and exhibition materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and complete assignments within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours, and branding
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Video editing and short-form content creation
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer / Creative Designer.
- Must have a strong portfolio of previous design work.
- Experience in designing marketing and product-related creatives will be preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing, electrical, lighting, industrial, or B2B companies will be an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
- Should be proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership of assignments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Education

Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field will be preferred.
