- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of qualified accounting experience.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally Erp, Xero, or a similar ERP system.
- Core Skills: Strong MS Excel expertise (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Credentials: CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus
