- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview calls
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist in preparing and sharing offer letters
- Coordinate document collection for selected candidates
- Support the onboarding process
- Assist in conducting induction sessions
- Maintain records of recent joiners
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
