Export Coordinator – FMCG

Job Timings: Indian Timings: 6 am to 2 pm

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Export Coordinator to support and coordinate with our COO in Australia (as per their timing schedule) day-to-day business activities, coordination, sourcing, sales, correspondence, export operations, and other administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the COO in Australia in day-to-day business and operational activities.

* Coordinate and support sourcing and procurement activities.

* Assist with Export coordination and follow-ups.

* Handle business correspondence, emails, documentation, and communication.

* Support export-related activities and operations.

* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

* Maintain and organize business records, reports, and documents.

* Follow up on orders, shipments, payments, and other operational requirements.





* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Brand Head.

* Handle other responsibilities related to business development, sourcing, sales, and export operations as required.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

* Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic documentation.

* Solid organizational and follow-up skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced business environment.

* Prior experience in FMCG, sourcing, sales, exports, or operations will be an advantage.

Experience: Fresher/ 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Operations
