CWD is looking for freelance technical writers on a monthly retainer basis to document its wireless communication products/solutions. You will create technical write-ups including but not limited to blogs, articles, internal press releases, case studies, email newsletters & marketing copies.

Key Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in written form
- Possess valuable understanding of wireless technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi, LoRa, etc.), semiconductors, electronics design, embedded systems, firmware, APIs, and software technologies
- An eye for detail and brilliant editorial skills to ensure error-free content deliveries

Job Description

- Writing clear and concise long and short form technical content about products / solutions, product launch,



new feature enhancements, general informative / educational pieces on industry related topics and more
- Preparing tables, illustrations, flowcharts and forms to complement text
- Develop a deep understanding of the product features, the value they provide and their limitations
- Assist the sales & marketing team by building content for any questions asked about the products / solutions
- Building content based on repeat customer queries
- Demonstrate empathy to customer pain points and have a deep understanding of different customer use cases
- Working independently and generating accurate content with optimal guidance
