Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial needs, providing suitable financial guidance, building long-term relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions regarding financial products and services.

The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in finance, and the ability to meet individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ financial goals, requirements, and investment preferences.
- Provide appropriate guidance on financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, calls, and other business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups to understand and address their financial needs.
- Explain financial products clearly and assist clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Stay updated with financial market trends, products, and industry developments.




- Ensure a high level of customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, investments, sales, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
