Your Role as a Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid marketing and lead campaigns and drive measurable business growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, comfortable working with large lead volumes, and capable of turning campaign data into actionable strategies to improve leads, conversions, and overall ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive high-quality leads for tractors, farm machinery, loans, insurance, and other business verticals.
- Monitor and optimise key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign performance.




- Create and manage campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion goals.
- Perform regular A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative, Content, SEO, Sales, and Product teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and event tracking.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns and conversion funnels.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Indore): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
