Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executives to manage and optimize our online sales channels.The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, promotional campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
- Monitor daily orders, coordinate dispatch, and track deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and social media promotions.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree / diploma in any branch.
- 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with digital marketing and SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and online advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing software.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
