Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Chemical / Pharma)

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer from a chemical or pharmaceutical background to ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of sourced raw materials. You will play a critical role in validating vendors, reviewing documentation, and maintaining quality standards across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks and validation of raw materials sourced from vendors
- Review and verify documents like COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.)
- Conduct vendor qualification and quality audits (remote/on-site)
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and quality records
- Support in developing and improving QA/QC processes
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 1–2+ years of experience in QA/QC in pharma/chemical industry
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in handling COA, MSDS, and raw material specifications
- Positive attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication and vendor coordination abilities
Good to Have
- Experience in API/intermediate/raw material quality control
- Exposure to audits and vendor qualification processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (WHO, USFDA, etc.)
