Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage **HVAC service & maintenance operations**.
- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage **Service Engineers, Technicians & Site Teams**.
- Plan and monitor **AMC & preventive maintenance** activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide technical solutions for major HVAC breakdowns.
- Monitor service quality, team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, project, sales and technical teams.
- Prepare service reports, quotations and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to **safety and quality standards**.

### Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration** or related field.

10+ years of relevant experience in **HVAC Service & Maintenance**.





Experience in managing service teams and customer interactions.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer/site locations as required.
