JOB DESCRIPTION-(CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR)

LOCATION OF JOB:- NANUTA , SAHARANPUR (U.P)

Required Carpentry Supervisor to handle factory production, manpower planning, and site

installation. Experience in interior fit-out mandatory.

job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Supervisor who can take complete

responsibility of factory production, manage manpower, and ensure smooth installation at

site. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and controlling work from

factory to final installation without dependency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Production Management

- Handle complete furniture production (cutting, assembly, finishing)
- Understand drawings and plan production accordingly
- Set daily production targets and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with CNC, cutting, edge banding, and assembly teams
- Ensure proper quality check before dispatch (size, finish, hardware)
- Control material usage and reduce wastage
- Maintain stock of boards, laminates, hardware, adhesives

2. Manpower Planning & Control

- Manage carpenters, helpers, and machine operators
- Plan manpower requirement for factory and site
- Allocate labour efficiently (factory vs site work)




- Send installation team to site as per project schedule
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance
- Ensure discipline and work efficiency

3. Site Installation

- Supervise installation of furniture, paneling, doors, modular units
- Ensure work is as per drawings and site conditions
- Ensure proper finishing and timely completion
- Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of carpentry (factory + site installation)
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQ
- Knowledge of materials: plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, veneer
- Basic knowledge of machines (panel saw, edge bander, CNC)
- Strong labour handling and team management
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Time management and coordination skills

Experience Required

- 5–8 years experience in carpentry / interior fit-out
- Must have handled both factory production and site installation

Qualification

- ITI Carpentry / Diploma (preferred)
- Practical experience is more significant

Salary Range

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
