Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across major job portals and manage daily HR operations, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle sourcing, candidate pipeline management, and talent acquisition across major hiring platforms (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, etc.).
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming applications, conduct preliminary telephonic screenings to assess fit, and shortlist candidates against job requisitions.
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate interview slots between hiring managers and candidates, manage follow-ups,



and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- HR Operations: Manage basic HR administrative tasks, employee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and initial orientation process.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain an active database of potential candidates for future requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or generalist HR operations.
- Portal Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Apna.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring workflows, scheduling tools, and candidate assessment basics.
- Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, highly organized, and efficient in time management and multitasking.
