We are currently looking for an HR Executive Fresher (Intern 0-6 months) to handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Her role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. She will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.
Responsibilities

- Handling End-to-end IT Recruitment.
- Screening, Sourcing, and Scheduling.
- Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Offer Releasing and following up with candidates till joining.




- Effectively using personal network and employee referrals to close the position.
- Daily updating of employee database.
- Maintaining leave records and attendance updates.
- Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries.
- Employee engagement activities & Vendor Management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
