Role: Content Creator ( Social Media Marketing Intern )

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

Timings: 10:30 Am – 7:30 Pm

Job Description: As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Hustling Collaborators, your primary objective is to enhance our online presence through creative and strategic content. You'll create captivating social media content, understand and leverage platform algorithms, and confidently present yourself on camera. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and on-camera confidence.

Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear in front of the camera for video content, live sessions, and story updates to connect with our audience.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Algorithm Analysis: Understand and analyze social media algorithms to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Trend Research:



Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

Experience:

- Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- You need to be a creator yourself mandatorily

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Confident and charismatic on-camera presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
