Key Responsibilities
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) transactions.
- Reconcile payments and identify underpayments, overpayments, denials, and unapplied cash.
- Research and resolve payment posting discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Payment Posting or US Healthcare RCM.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing/payment posting systems.
