Job Title: Field Agent – Porter Vehicle Onboarding Company: Porter Employment Type: Contractual / Temporary Duration: Till Diwali Job Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune & Kolkata Job Overview We are looking for energetic and confident Field Agents to support Porter’s vehicle onboarding drive till the Diwali season. The selected candidates will work on-ground and interact with owners/drivers of 3-wheeler, 7-ft and 8-ft commercial vehicles to explain Porter’s services and onboard them onto the platform. Key Responsibilities Visit different local areas and identify potential vehicle partners. Approach and interact with 3-wheeler, 7-ft and 8-ft vehicle owners/drivers. Explain Porter’s services, benefits and onboarding process. Pitch and convince potential drivers/vehicle owners to join Porter. Assist interested candidates in completing the onboarding process and forms. Maintain basic records of onboarded leads/candidates. Coordinate with the Porter team during the onboarding process. Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets. Requirements Valuable communication and pitching skills.



Ability to communicate in the local/regional language. Basic knowledge of the local area. Basic smartphone/mobile usage and ability to fill online forms. Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area. Candidates should be energetic, confident and comfortable interacting with drivers/vehicle owners. Freshers can apply. Training Training will be provided by the Porter team before deployment. Ideal Candidate: Someone with field-sales, telecalling, delivery/logistics, customer acquisition or driver onboarding experience would be preferred, but relevant freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
