Key Responsibilities:

- Source residential and commercial properties from developers, owners, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners
- Ensure regular inventory updates and availability of quality listings
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand requirements and close deals efficiently
- Conduct site visits and evaluate properties
- Maintain database and track sourcing activities

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing or a similar role
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Positive knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred:

- Experience working with developers or channel partners
- Familiarity with CRM tools

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
