Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting, and controllership activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, advance tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax planning, filing, and ensure adherence to all statutory obligations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations and recommend improvements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.




- Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory.
- 3-8 years (Post-Qualification) of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, accounting, audit, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in Retail industry is an added advantage.
