Job Title: IIT-JEE / NEET Faculty
Department: Senior Secondary / Competitive Examination
Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator / Head of Department

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and result-oriented IIT-JEE / NEET Faculty to prepare students for competitive entrance examinations. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality subject instruction, developing examination strategies, conducting regular assessments, and mentoring students to achieve strong academic and competitive-exam results.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive and concept-based lectures for IIT-JEE / NEET preparation.
- Teach assigned subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, assignments, question banks, and practice tests.
- Cover the prescribed syllabus within the planned academic schedule.
- Conduct regular tests, mock examinations, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Teach examination techniques, time management, and effective problem-solving strategies.
- Keep students updated with relevant examination patterns,



important topics, and preparation strategies.
- Mentor and motivate students to maintain consistent academic performance.
- Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure integrated preparation.
- Maintain student performance records and provide regular progress reports.
- Participate in parent meetings, academic planning, faculty meetings, and school/coaching activities.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Strong command over the subject and IIT-JEE / NEET syllabus.
- Previous experience teaching IIT-JEE / NEET aspirants is strongly preferred.
- Experience in reputed schools, coaching institutes, or competitive-examination programs will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of current examination patterns and question trends.
