We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator for a Mumbai-based political office.

This is a hands-on, field-based role. The selected candidate will accompany the team for constituency visits, public programmes, meetings and political events and will be responsible for recording, editing and publishing content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Personally shoot high-quality reels, videos and photographs during events and field visits• Create and edit Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and YouTube Shorts• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X accounts• Write effective captions and content in Marathi, Hindi and English• Publish content quickly during live events and important political developments• Cover constituency work, development projects, public interactions and political programmes• Generate creative content ideas and strategies to achieve genuine and organic growth in reach, engagement and followers• Manage post boosting and paid social-media promotions• Track account performance, analytics and audience growth• Create basic posters, thumbnails and social-media graphics• Maintain an organised archive of photographs, videos and published content• Coordinate with office staff to collect accurate information for posting• Handle routine social-media account management and related technical work

Required Skills:

- Excellent reel shooting, videography and video-editing skills• Strong understanding of current social-media trends,



algorithms and growth strategies• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools• Fluency in Marathi is compulsory; positive Hindi and English are required• Previous political, public-relations or public-figure social-media experience is preferred• Must be willing to travel across Mumbai and occasionally outside Mumbai• Must be available according to political and constituency schedules, including evenings and weekends when required• Must be responsible, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
