Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing Salesforce architectures and provide technical leadership across development, integration, data, security, and deployment teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and other Salesforce products as required.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, technical design sessions, and architecture reviews with business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design Salesforce data models, security/sharing architecture, automation, integration patterns, and application architecture.
- Provide architectural guidance for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Define data migration, data quality, master-data, and high-volume data strategies.
- Establish Salesforce security architecture covering profiles, permission sets, sharing, OAuth, SSO/SAML, encryption, and integration security.
- Drive performance, scalability, governor-limit management, and technical-debt reduction.
- Define and govern CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git, release management, environment strategy,



and deployment processes.
- Evaluate and incorporate Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein/AI, and other emerging capabilities where they provide business value.
- Review technical designs and code, enforce development standards, and mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, integration teams, delivery partners, and senior business stakeholders.
- Produce solution architecture documents, architecture diagrams, data-flow diagrams, integration specifications, and technical roadmaps.
- Support estimation, solutioning, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations during presales or project initiation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant experience in a Solution/Technical Architect role.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, sharing, automation, and integration.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent.




- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, scalability, performance optimization, and large-data-volume architecture.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX, and release management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, OmniStudio, or Salesforce Industries.
- Experience with enterprise identity solutions such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, OAuth, and SAML.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Industry experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or other large enterprise environments.
