Job Description – Quality Manager

Location: Talawade, Pune Experience: 3–5 Years Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Quality Manager to lead the Quality team and ensure high-quality standards across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making ability, and the capability to solve quality issues while ensuring work is completed efficiently by the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality team to achieve daily and monthly quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaints to improve overall performance.
- Conduct internal quality audits and maintain quality documentation.
- Train and guide employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of inspections and quality reports.




- Drive accountability and ensure tasks are completed by team members within deadlines.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality standards is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in CNC/VMC machining or Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing.
- Handling customer audits and internal quality systems.
- Managing rejection reduction and process improvement projects.
