Job description:

- Hands-on experience with system decommissioning, data archiving, and compliance-driven retention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, such as GDPR, SOX, or industry-specific regulations.
- Experience with SAP modules like ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and non-SAP system integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP ILM Store, SAP Content Server, OpenText, or other third-party ILM solutions.
- Define and implement decommissioning strategies for read-only SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Define secure and efficient data access methods post-decommissioning, including audit trails, reporting capabilities, and user access roles.
- Develop strategies for compliant data retrieval
- Lead the archival of structured and unstructured data from legacy systems into ILM.




- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance during decommissioning.
- Ability to design custom access interfaces (UI5, Fiori, Portal, etc.) or reporting strategies.
- Act as the solution lead across SAP ILM, data governance, and archiving stakeholders.
- Provide technical and functional leadership in workshops, solution design, and execution phases.
- Develop and maintain documentation, roadmaps, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
