We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in Adobe Photoshop. As a Photoshop Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, editing images, and producing high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand standards. Your role will involve retouching images, designing promotional materials, and ensuring that all visual content is consistent with the company's branding and messaging.

Requirements
Minimum graduate or equivalent Graphic Design qualification.
Valuable command over written and spoken English.
High technical aptitude and portfolio with design projects.
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with image design tools, e.g., Adobe Photoshop.
A keen eye for visual details and aesthetic skills. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
Self-motivated and self-managed approach with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability.
Solid priority management and time management skills, with the ability to recalibrate quickly according to changing conditions.
A team-oriented approach towards problem-solving.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks,



refining projects, and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic, typesetting, and/or illustrative material, including multimedia concepts; writes and edits basic copy.
Works with the administration team to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process; participates in the production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings.
Oversees and coordinates the production process; develops and writes printing and/or other production specifications, and selects appropriate production media and materials, such as ink and paper; inspects proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards.
Provides creative and technical advice and guidance and serves as liaison with production assistants.
Ensures brand consistency throughout various marketing projects and keeps up to date with industry developments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹51,690.03 per month
