Testing Engineer

Experience: 1–2 years
Location: Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Limited (Por GIDC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and type tests on CT (Current Transformer) and PT/VT (Potential Transformer).
- Conduct tests such as:
- Insulation Resistance (IR) test
- Winding resistance test
- Ratio and polarity test
- Excitation/current test
- Accuracy and burden test
- High Voltage (HV) test
- Partial Discharge (PD) test, where applicable
- Understand and operate testing equipment and instruments.
- Record test results and prepare test reports and inspection documents.
- Identify testing failures/deviations and support troubleshooting.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and applicable IEC/IS standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams.




- Support customer/FAT inspections when required.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of Electrical Measurements, Transformers, CT/PT construction and testing.
- Basic knowledge of IEC/IS standards related to transformers.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and test procedures.
- Knowledge of testing instruments such as megger, HV test kit, winding resistance meter, CT/PT analyzer, multimeter, etc.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic MS Excel/report preparation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
