About the Role

Luckora Media is looking for a highly creative and energetic Creative Reels Content Creator who can turn everyday businesses, products, services, and locations into engaging short-form content.

We are not looking for someone who simply follows trends. We want someone who can come up with fresh, original Reel ideas consistently, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and bring those ideas to life through shooting and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fresh and creative Reel concepts for different brands and businesses.
- Come up with new ideas, hooks, storylines, scripts, and shooting concepts for every project.
- Research current Instagram and social-media trends and creatively adapt them to our clients.
- Plan and execute Reel shoots from concept to final content.
- Shoot high-quality videos using smartphones, cameras, gimbals, and other equipment.
- Direct people, presenters, staff, and clients during shoots when required.
- Experiment with different camera angles, movements, transitions, storytelling techniques, and visual styles.
- Create content that is entertaining, informative, relatable, and shareable.
- Work closely with the editing and social-media team to ensure the final Reel matches the concept.
- Visit client locations such as restaurants, hotels, stores, offices, and other businesses for content shoots.
- Maintain a consistent flow of new content ideas and avoid repetitive concepts.




- Understand each client’s brand and create content that fits their identity while remaining engaging.

What We’re Looking For

- Exceptional creativity and imagination.
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Ability to generate multiple original ideas rather than simply copying existing trends.
- Good sense of storytelling, humour, visual presentation, and audience psychology.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and people appearing in videos.
- Basic knowledge of camera/smartphone shooting and lighting.
- Willingness to experiment and try unconventional ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- A robust portfolio of Reels or other short-form content is highly preferred.
