Job Description – Client Management Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Management Professional to manage client relationships, understand project requirements, coordinate with internal engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of engineering services. The candidate will act as the primary interface between clients and the company and will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain skilled and long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial expectations.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Design, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare and communicate project updates, action points, submission schedules, and deliverable status to clients.
- Follow up with clients for required inputs, approvals, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate resolution of client comments, technical queries, design revisions, and project-related issues.
- Monitor project commitments and ensure that agreed deliverables are submitted within the planned timelines.
- Conduct regular client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow-up action trackers.
- Handle client escalations professionally and coordinate internally for timely resolution.




- Maintain proper records of client communication, approvals, submissions, revisions, and commitments.
- Coordinate with the commercial/accounts team for work orders, invoices, payment follow-ups, and outstanding payments.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and support the business development team in generating repeat business.
- Understand client feedback and communicate it to the concerned internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical-commercial submissions when required.
- Develop strong relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in client management, project coordination, business development, or engineering consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.





Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Solar PV / Renewable Energy / EPC / Engineering Consultancy sector will be an advantage.
- Technical understanding of Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Solar PV projects will be preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project scope and contractual deliverables.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project/site visits when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹48,650.06 per month
