Position Summary

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering and managing relationships with key stakeholders within our community. Your role will involve organizing events to enhance community engagement, facilitating meetings, coordinating with guest speakers, and tracking metrics to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for community building.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities Community Engagement: Organize events, build relationships, and maintain communication with community members via social media, email, and in-person interactions.

Meeting Coordination: Ensure smooth meetings by managing logistics and agendas.

Guest Speaker Management: Identify, invite, and coordinate with industry leaders for community events.

Metrics Tracking: Monitor community engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

Maintain regular communication with community members through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person interactions.





Identify and monitor relevant community metrics, such as event attendance and engagement levels.

Qualification and Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BMS) or Master of Business Administration(MBA) preferred.

Demonstrated ability to build and engage communities, with a focus on customer retention.

Solid verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.

Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, handle changing priorities.

Empathy and a strong orientation towards understanding and meeting the needs of community members.

2-4 years of work experience in roles related to community engagement, customer relationship management, or similar fields.
