We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can handle customer interactions, generate business leads, and support the company's digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle customer dealing and build strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media promotion, lead generation, and online campaigns.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.




- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Sales/business development mindset.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and online channels.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer dealing, or digital marketing is an advantage.
