Mentor Colleges is looking for an AI-Integrated Digital Marketing Faculty who has strong knowledge of digital marketing along with practical experience using AI tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to train students on how AI can be effectively integrated into contemporary digital marketing strategies, workflows, content creation, analytics, and advertising.

The faculty will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-focused training and helping students understand how to use AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, marketing performance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on AI-integrated digital marketing.
- Teach core digital marketing concepts including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
- Train students to effectively use AI tools for digital marketing and real-world marketing activities.
- Demonstrate AI-powered workflows for content creation, keyword research, SEO, social media, ad copy, campaign planning, market research, analytics, and automation.
- Train students on effective prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
- Provide hands-on training using relevant AI platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Guide students in developing AI-powered digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Create practical assignments, projects, assessments, and training materials focused on AI and digital marketing.
- Help students understand the ethical, effective, and responsible use of AI in marketing.




- Keep training content updated with the latest AI tools, digital marketing technologies, trends, and industry practices.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.

Required AI Knowledge & Skills

The candidate should have practical knowledge of AI tools used in digital marketing, such as:

- ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
- AI tools for content writing and copywriting
- AI-powered SEO and keyword research tools
- AI tools for image and creative generation
- AI-assisted social media content and campaign creation
- AI tools for video and presentation creation
- AI-powered marketing analytics and reporting
- AI tools for workflow automation and productivity
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering
- Ability to identify suitable AI tools for different marketing tasks

Knowledge of additional AI marketing platforms and emerging AI technologies will be an advantage.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, AI-integrated marketing, digital marketing training, or a related role.
- Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex AI and digital marketing concepts for students.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and digital marketing trends.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing industry-ready professionals.
- English proficiency is required.
